Multi-Purpose Center
The Multi-Purpose Center offers a wide variety of activities. From dance, tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, track & field, swimming, and much more offering a full summer recreation program. The building has 2 indoor tennis courts, a basketball court, and three activity rooms on the 1st floor. During the winter months the center is converted into an indoor skating rink offering skating lessons, a hockey program, cross country skiing and more. The surrounding site has a Youth Baseball Diamond, a Regulation Baseball Diamond, 1 Volleyball Court, 2 Horseshoe Courts, 2 Regulation Soccer Fields, and a Nature Studies Area.

Bi-Centennial Park - Corner of 11th Avenue and St. Thomas Street. A large gazebo is located in the center which is the home of many different events throughout the course of the year. A beautiful brick fireplace can be enjoyed by all. A Vietnam Veterans Memorial statue is a site of interest for many visitors. Park benches, picnic table, swings, and playgrounds is a perfect place for people of all ages.
Dionne Park
Dionne Park - Fox Street This newly developed 2 1/2 acre park is beautifully landscaped with trees and shrubs. A children’s playground with swings, tubes, and gliders is an enjoyment to the youngsters, while 2 Horseshoe Courts and a Basketball Court are enjoyed by the teens and adults. Benches and drinking fountain add to a leisurely-spent family afternoon.
Fraser Park
Fraser Park - 11th Avenue Do you enjoy Soccer? This is the place for you. A regulation Soccer Field sits right at the top with lights for evening use, and an Elementary School Soccer Field right beside so you can take in two games at the same time. A wonderful Softball Field with Lights, and across the street are 4 well maintained Tennis Courts. A 775 square foot building, on the site is also home to the Boy Scouts.

Four Corners Park located prominently in downtown Madawaska, Maine, our park features an impressive 12-foot tall blue pearl granite monument and a lighted water fountain, surrounded by granite benches and tables and a fireplace. The park landscaping includes flowers and trees to create shade and beauty for visitors to enjoy. We offer hundreds of miles of the best well kept trails for snowmobiling, and ATV enthusiasts in Maine.The winters in northern Maine bring out the explorer in all of us. There is something about strapping on a pair of snowshoes or pair of cross country ski’s to experience the independence and tranquility of walking or skiing through a fresh powder of snow in our vast fields and lush forests, off the beaten path and away from the complexities that lurk beyond the parking lot. Or maybe it is the energizing crisp winter air that makes molehills out of mountains and wide-eyed children out of worn-out grownups. During summer and fall you can enjoy the endless scenery walking, hiking or bicycling on the infinite amount of back roads and trails. You can also enjoy beautiful Long Lake where you can go swimming, water skiing, canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing and jet skiing. There is something for the whole family to enjoy.
Welcome to the Four Seasons Trail in Madawaska, Maine. We invite everyone from everywhere to enjoy the free use of our trails. We are a non-profit organization whose goal is to promote year round outdoor recreation. Through cross country skiing, mountain biking, snowshoeing and nature hikes we hope to encourage healthier lifestyles and a greater appreciation for the natural beauty of Aroostook County. We currently offer 7 km of groomed Nordic ski trails. We also maintain 4 km of snowshoe trails which connect to an extensive trail system throughout the Valley. Madawaska 100 USCC Cross Country Snowmobile Race
This year Madawaska 100 USCC Cross Country Snowmobile Race is on Saturday, February 18th. The race will take place on the flats of Cyr and Albert farms. This is a fun family event! Races begins at 10am the morning and they will register people up to 8am. Pre-registration is recommended. Over 600 spectators attended last year and had a great time at this first time event. We expect even more racers this year now that people know about it and what the races are. The Madawaska Snowmobile Club is still in the planning stages for this years events. TOP O'MAINE TRADE SHOW
2012 Top O'Maine Trade Show dates are Saturday, April 28, from 9AM-8PM, April 29, 10AM-4PM. Trade Show is open to the public. Saturday program includes a Wheel of Commerce and hourly door prizes. Sunday program, Wheel of Commerce, hourly door prizes, 3PM Grand Prize given away. We have over 85 or more vendors to visit during those two days. So mark those dates on your calendar. We would love to see you at our 23rd. Annual Top O'Maine Trade Show in Madawaska, at the Multi-Purpose Complex on 7th. Avenue.

Avenue. RTVF, is Northern Maine's largest rock festival with bands ranging from local talent to well known headliner bands. Started in 2005 by locals wanting to increase interest in music in the valley. This 2day event promises to be a crowd pleaser year after year. www.rockthevalley.org 
The Acadian Festival is Maine's Largest Cultural Festival. August 9-12, 2012 Events include a re-enactment of the first Acadian Festival in northern Maine, traditional Acadian Supper, Soiree du bon Vieux Temps (Night; of good old times), traditional cultural displays, Golf Tournament, Family Fun Day, a Festival parade, "Party du Main Street" and much more. The Festival is held each year in conjuction with a huge family reunion. The Family being honored for 2012 is Talbot-
Gervais Family Reunion. The Acadian Festival Office is located at 356 Main Street, with Greater Madawaska Chamber of Comerce. We have moved to August in preparation for the 2014 World Acadian Congress. Tantamarre Parade is schedule for August 15, 2012.
